- Needs my eye holds lines where a proposal exists but AIONA is unsure. Open the evidence, decide, and move on.
- Unmatched holds lines with no journal to pair against, typically card payments with no bill. Click a line and choose Categorise to post it straight to a ledger account; AIONA creates the journal and the match together and remembers the merchant for next time.
The reconciled percentage at the top counts only lines a person has actually accepted. It never rises because software guessed.
