You never need to ask us to get data out. From inside the product:
- Journals and ledger: CSV and Excel from Journal Entries and General Ledger.
- Reports: PDF, CSV and Excel from every report.
- Documents: every source file from the vault, individually or as part of the Defence Pack bundle for a period.
- Audit trail: one-click CSV from the Audit Log page.
- The evidence pack: the HMRC Enquiry Defence Pack for any date range, as PDF or a zip bundle including the documents.
There is no exit fee and no notice period on exports. UK accounting records are retained for the statutory six years; everything else is deleted on request.
