Boilerplate
AIONA is bookkeeping software for UK accounting practices, built and run in London. It captures and codes client documents, reconciles bank statements, prepares VAT and period close, and gives every client company a no-login portal under the practice's brand. Its defining design choice is review-first automation: every figure carries a confidence tier, low-confidence work is blocked until a person at the practice signs it off, and every posted number traces to its source document through a tamper-evident audit trail. AIONA is priced per client company with unlimited users. AIONA Ltd is registered in England and Wales (company 16606520) and with the ICO (ZC189017).

Founder
Hash Lutaaya founded AIONA in London on a simple conviction: accounting software should be able to prove its own numbers.

Things we would rather you did not say
- That AIONA is HMRC-recognised. Our software recognition application is in progress; until it completes, submissions go through the practice's existing route.
- That AIONA has live bank feeds for everyone. Statement import is the supported route today; Open Banking feeds are rolling out.
- Any customer count or customer name. We do not publish either.
- Any accuracy percentage. We publish how we measure, and will publish figures when the sample is large enough to mean something.
